STRIVEFX PROMOTIONAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Promotional Bonus Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Welcome Bonus and the Deposit Bonuses (collectively, the "Promotions") offered by Strive Forex Ltd. ("StriveFX", "Company", "we" or "us") to eligible clients ("Client", "you" or "your"). By claiming or accepting any Promotion you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by (i) the StriveFX Client Agreement, (ii) the Risk Disclosure Statement and (iii) these Terms. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Client Agreement, these Terms prevail for matters related to the Promotions only.

SECTION 1 — DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Account" means a live trading account opened with StriveFX and designated as either a Standard Account or a Professional Account.
1.2 "Bonus Credit" means non-withdrawable funds that may be used as trading margin and that convert into Real Funds in accordance with the Conversion Rules set out in Section 8.
1.3 "Real Funds" means cash balance that has been deposited by the Client or converted from Bonus Credit and that may be withdrawn subject to the StriveFX Client Agreement.
1.4 "Lifetime" means the maximum number of consecutive calendar days during which a given Bonus Credit remains active, commencing on the Activation Date defined for each Promotion.

1.5 "Withdrawal Coefficient" has the meaning given in Section 7.

SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

2.1 Promotions are available only to Clients who have completed account verification and who are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations and StriveFX policies.
2.2 Each Promotion may be claimed only once per Client per Account type unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.3 Promotions are not transferable, may not be pledged and may be cancelled by StriveFX in the event of breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud, market manipulation or any other improper conduct.
2.4 StriveFX reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any Promotion or these Terms at any time by providing notice via the Client Portal or by e-mail. Changes do not affect Bonus Credit already granted, except where required by law or for the prevention of fraud or abuse.

SECTION 3 — WELCOME BONUS (ALL ACCOUNTS)

3.1 Eligibility. Available only on the Client’s first deposit into any Account type (Standard, Professional, or Islamic) made within 30 days of registration.
3.2 Bonus Value. Clients receive a 50% Bonus Credit on their first deposit; no maximum bonus cap applies.
3.3 Activation. Bonus Credit is applied automatically once the qualifying deposit is confirmed (“Activation Date”).
3.4 Lifetime. Thirty (30) calendar days.
3.5 Conversion. If conversion is enabled, ten United States dollars (USD 10) of Bonus Credit convert into Real Funds for every one (1) standard lot of qualifying trades executed during the Lifetime. If conversion is not enabled, the Bonus Credit remains usable only as margin.
3.6 Withdrawal Coefficient. One (1). Each one United States dollar withdrawn from Real Funds reduces remaining Bonus Credit by the same amount until the Bonus Credit balance reaches zero.
3.7 Cancellation. The Bonus Credit expires automatically at the end of the Lifetime or upon full conversion, whichever occurs first. The Client or StriveFX Back-office may cancel the Bonus Credit earlier by written request; cancellation is irreversible.

SECTION 4 — STANDARD DEPOSIT BONUS

4.1 Eligibility. Applies to any single deposit of at least one thousand United States dollars (USD 1,000) made into a Standard Account.
4.2 Bonus Value.
  • Deposits from USD 1,000 to USD 4,999.99 earn ten per cent (10%) Bonus Credit.
  • Deposits of USD 5,000 or more earn twelve per cent (12%) Bonus Credit.
  • Maximum Bonus Credit per deposit is five thousand United States dollars (USD 5,000).
4.3 Activation Requirement. The Client must manually activate the Deposit Bonus within three (3) days after the qualifying deposit; failure to do so forfeits the Bonus for that deposit.
4.4 Lifetime. Sixty (60) calendar days beginning on the manual activation date.
4.5 Conversion. Ten United States dollars (USD 10) of Bonus Credit convert into Real Funds for every one (1) standard lot of qualifying trades executed during the Lifetime.
4.6 Withdrawal Coefficient. One (1).
4.7 Cancellation. The Bonus Credit expires automatically at the end of the Lifetime or upon full conversion, whichever occurs first.

SECTION 5 — PROFESSIONAL DEPOSIT BONUS

5.1 Eligibility. Applies to any single deposit of at least five thousand United States dollars (USD 5,000) made into a Professional Account.
5.2 Bonus Value.
  • Deposits from USD 5,000 to USD 9,999.99 earn twelve per cent (12%) Bonus Credit.
  • Deposits of USD 10,000 or more earn fifteen per cent (15%) Bonus Credit.
  • Maximum Bonus Credit per deposit is ten thousand United States dollars (USD 10,000).
5.3 Activation Requirement. The Client must manually activate the Professional Deposit Bonus within three (3) days after the qualifying deposit; failure to do so forfeits the Bonus for that deposit.
5.4 Lifetime. Sixty (60) calendar days beginning on the manual activation date.
5.5 Conversion. Ten United States dollars (USD 10) of Bonus Credit convert into Real Funds for every one (1) standard lot of qualifying trades executed during the Lifetime.
5.6 Withdrawal Coefficient. One (1).
5.7 Cancellation. The Bonus Credit expires automatically at the end of the Lifetime or upon full conversion, whichever occurs first.

SECTION 6 — EXCLUSIVE WELCOME CATCH-UP BONUS (EXISTING CLIENTS)

6.1 Eligibility. Available only to Clients who registered prior to 10 September 2025.
6.2 Bonus Value. Clients receive a 50% Bonus Credit on their first deposit made between 10 September 2025 and 31 October 2025; no maximum cap applies.
6.3 Activation. Bonus Credit is applied automatically once the qualifying deposit is confirmed (“Activation Date”).
6.4 Lifetime. Thirty (30) calendar days from the Activation Date.
6.5 Conversion. Not applicable. Bonus Credit provided under this Promotion is non-convertible and cannot become withdrawable Real Funds.
6.6 Withdrawal Coefficient. One (1). Each withdrawal of Real Funds reduces Bonus Credit by an equal amount until the Bonus Credit balance reaches zero.
6.7 Cancellation. The Bonus Credit expires automatically at the end of the Lifetime or once the balance reaches zero, whichever occurs first. StriveFX may terminate this Promotion without prior notice after 31 October 2025.

SECTION 7 — WITHDRAWAL COEFFICIENT

7.1 The Withdrawal Coefficient determines how much Bonus Credit is reduced when the Client withdraws Real Funds.
7.2 Where the coefficient equals one (1), withdrawing one United States dollar of Real Funds reduces Bonus Credit by one United States dollar until Bonus Credit reaches zero.
7.3 The Bonus Credit balance cannot become negative. If a withdrawal would require a deduction that exceeds the remaining Bonus Credit, only the amount of Bonus Credit still available is removed.

SECTION 8 — CONVERSION RULES

7.1 “Convertible Amount” means the product of the Conversion Coefficient and the qualifying trading volume expressed in lots.
7.2 Real Funds added to the Account under any Promotion are limited to the lower of (i) the Convertible Amount or (ii) the remaining Bonus Credit balance.
7.3 Each United States dollar converted into Real Funds reduces the Bonus Credit balance by an equal amount.
7.4 Once the Bonus Credit balance equals zero, no further conversion is permitted under that particular Bonus Credit allocation.

SECTION 9 — MISCELLANEOUS

8.1 Taxes. Clients are solely responsible for any tax consequences that may arise from receiving or converting Bonus Credit.
8.2 Limitation of Liability. StriveFX is not liable for any loss, cost or damage that the Client may incur in connection with the Promotions, including but not limited to trading losses or inability to meet the conditions of a Promotion.
8.3 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply under the StriveFX Client Agreement. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions of that agreement.
8.4 Language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and a version translated into another language, the English version prevails.
